Congratulations on your graduation, Leelee, you never missed a beat and although the days were long at times and sleep (and ankles) seemed like a thing of the past, you kept on keeping on and that is a top 20 trait in our book! Throughout her journey, she never complained about a duty, a client, classmates, staff or instructors (out loud anyway) and always had a smile on her face. Each moment of each day was not perfect, yet Leelee handled each day with character and integrity. We cannot wait to see what all you achieve in this industry.

Shout out and Congratulations to these two students who have been promoted to the next level! Hannah Bradley earned Level 3 student stylist which has only been achieved a hand full of times and Ashley Addison earned Level 2 student stylist! These ladies set goals and crushed them!

Congratulations Lisa Wise

Congratulations to Lisa Wise on graduating from our cosmetology program! After putting her dream of pursuing cosmetology on hold in the process of rearing teenagers, toddlers and chasing the occasional fugitive... Lisa knew it was finally "her turn." Although she faced a few challenges, she refused to allow these obstacles to interfere with accomplishing her goal. Lisa is an example for women in all walks of life to never settle... Stay focused and stay strong! It's your time to shine, girl!

Congratulations Abby Anderson

Help us congratulate Abby Anderson on her graduation! The talent, creativity and top 20 personality that has came out of this little body this past year has been amazing! Her passion for the industry is displayed in her work and relationships with clients and teammates. Word of her talent has already spread as she is already getting calls to do bridal parties and competition makeup. We are excited to see where the industry leads you! Last grad of 2022 but definitely not least! Help us congratulate Samantha Starnes on her graduation from our cosmetology program in December. Sam not only has a passion and talent for the industry but also a compassion for people... always bringing baked goods for fundraisers and doing "little" acts of kindness that made a big impact on all those around her. With her big heart and big dreams, she is truly a taste of Southern and we are so proud of our Southern Star!

Congratulations to Kaylee Brown on her graduation this week. This shy, young girl started with a smile on her face, stars in her eyes, and no idea of the talent she held. She has been an example of team work and dedication, and one of the first to encourage and lend a helping hand to new students along the way... Here we are a year later celebrating this confident, young woman ready to take on this industry.

Help us CONGRATULATE Renee Oblander on a dream that has been a long time coming. When Renee enrolled, she told us of her life long passion for the industry and she certainly proved it was her time to shine! She graduated a level 2 student stylist, won 1st place in a tri-state competition and took advantage of extra learning opportunities. We wish her all the best and look forward to watching her continued success.

Fourth Annual Halloween Competition

4th annual Halloween Competition results are in! "The Bite"- 1st place, "Crayon Massacre" - 2nd place, and "The Scarecrow" - 3rd place.
