Myth: Makeup lasts forever.
Fact: Every makeup product has an expiration date—and ignoring it can lead to more than just faded color. Using expired products can cause skin irritation, breakouts, and even infections.
Pro tip: Check the little jar symbol on your packaging (it usually says 6M, 12M, 24M). That tells you how many months the product is good for after opening.
